Cancellation Policy

Our deposits are non-refundable. Deposits must be paid in order to book. Clients are allowed one reschedule using the same deposit within 72 hrs notification of the cancelation. We can only reschedule you within the same week or the following week. On the same deposit within the time frame described in our policy, we will rebook you asap, but only where slots are available. Keep in mind that We will charge an additional 15% cancelation fee for no shows and any last-minute cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment .
