CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid to secure your appointment. Clients are allowed one reschedule using the original deposit when at least 72 hours’ notice is provided. The new appointment must be scheduled within the same week as the original appointment or the following week, based on available appointment times. Rescheduling does not guarantee your preferred date or time. We will rebook you as soon as possible within the available schedule. No-shows and cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged an additional 30% cancellation fee. The original deposit remains non-refundable.
